1/2 cup oast
1 cup shredded courgette
1 cup water
1 tablespoon flaxseeds
1/2 scoop protein powder - I used pea protein
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Toppings of choice - I used kiwi and drizzle of honey
Place oats, courgette and water in a saucepan and simmer for roughly 10 mins until water is absorbed.
Stir in flaxseeds, protein powder, cinnamon and banana and cook for another couple mins.
Pop in a bowl, add toppings - nuts, seeds, fruit…
